Held in the Light: A 6-Week Self-Guided Shadow Work Journey
Shadow work is not about fixing what's wrong with you. It's about meeting what you've learned to hide with awareness, honesty, and compassion.

Held in the Light is a six-week self-guided journey designed to help you gently uncover unconscious patterns, emotional reactions, and disowned parts of yourself without shame or emotional overwhelm.

Rather than diving into trauma or reliving the past, this course focuses on conscious awareness and integration. You'll learn how your shadow formed, how it shows up in everyday life, and how to bring those hidden aspects into the light of understanding. This is grounded, emotionally mature work meant to deepen self-trust, clarity, and inner steadiness.

Through weekly teachings and guided reflections, you'll explore:

-
The psychology of the shadow and how it develops
-
Emotional triggers as gateways to self-awareness
-
Projection and how to reclaim your power
-
The roots of shame, control, and self-suppression
-
How to integrate disowned traits without judgment
-
How to live with greater wholeness and authenticity

Each lesson is designed to be completed at your own pace, with clear structure and supportive guidance. This course is for you if you:

-
Feel stuck in repeating emotional or relational patterns
-
Want a deeper self-understanding without overprocessing
-
Are ready to take responsibility without self-blame
-
Desire more emotional maturity and self-leadership

No previous shadow work is required.

By the end of this journey, many participants experience:
-
Greater emotional awareness and regulation
-
Less projection and self-judgment
-
Increased clarity, boundaries, and self-trust
-
A deeper sense of wholeness and inner authority

This work isn't about becoming "better." It's about becoming more whole. It is oftentimes the parts that we are not accepting that lead to our greatest gifts.

"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us." ~ Marianne Williamson
