Living Aligned is a six-week journey designed to help you integrate the inner work you've already done into your daily life; your decisions, relationships, boundaries, time, and sense of purpose. This course is not about uncovering more wounds or revisiting the past. It's about learning how to live from regulation, self-worth, and self-trust in real-time. ​

​

Through weekly teachings and embodied practices, you'll learn how to recognize when you're acting from conditioning rather than alignment and how to return to yourself with clarity and steadiness.

​

Over six weeks, you'll explore how to:

  • Make decisions from inner clarity instead of fear or habit

  • Use your body and nervous system as guides for alignment

  • Design your time and energy around capacity and self-respect

  • Show up in relationships without over-explaining or self-abandonment

  • Align work, purpose, and daily choices with your values

  • Live as the woman you've become, not who you were surviving as

 

Living Aligned is for those who:

  • Have done inner work, but struggle to apply it consistently

  • Feel aware but still second-guess themselves

  • Want to live with greater coherence and integrity

  • Are ready to embody self-leadership in everyday life

  • Disire grounded change rather than emotional intensity

No prior experience is required, though this course pairs beautifully with inner child, shadow work, or self-worth work.
