Self-love isn't about constant confidence or positive thinking. It's about living from a deep, steady sense of self-worth regardless of circumstances, relationships, or external validation.

Rooted in Worth is an eight-week guided journey designed to help you develop internal, embodied self-worth that doesn't depend on approval, performance, or perfection. This course moves beyond surface-level self-love and into practical self-respect, emotional steadiness, and inner authority. Through weekly teachings, reflective practices, and grounded integration, you'll learn how to relate to yourself and the world from a place of clarity and self-trust.

  • Set boundaries without guilt or over-explaining
